No! The basic service is available as a free download-you can't get any cheaper than that. Extra services, such as AvatarMe, are available for a modest extra charge. And all you need is a modem (see above), and Internet access. Plus, you can speak to anyone in the world with Internet access. SeeStorm Messenger is the most natural, most fun, and most cost-effective online communication tool.

Why I can't see AvatarMail Message?

Your browser or email client can't load AvatarMail Player by one of following reasons:

  1. You answer "No" on the security warning "Do you want to install and run AvatarMail Player?" We are recommended you to reload page and answer "Yes" on this question.
  2. Running ActiveX object are forbidden by browser security setting.
    To change the security settings you need to select Tools, Internet Options…, select Security tab, select Internet zone and setup Security level to Medium (recommended), Medium-Low or Low.
Advanced user can manually:
  • set "Download signed ActiveX controls" option to "Enable" or "Prompt" position;
  • set "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" option to "Enable" or "Prompt" position.
  • set "Scripting/Active scripting" option to "Enable" or "Prompt" position.
