Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password at your personal page at the web site. To change your password, choose My profile command in the Tools menu in your Messenger. You will be taken to the SeeStorm website and asked to login under your current UIN and password. Go to My profile section and type in your new password.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
When prompted for UIN and password on the website click the "Forgot Your Password?" link . Type your UIN in the text box. You will receive an email with your password sent to email address you have provided during registration.
How can I get maximum security using SeeStorm Messenger?
As SeeStorm Messenger is dedicated to communication between people many users are willing to have their personal data available to other users. If you don't want to be found by others - clear the check box "Make my registration data available for other users" at your registration data page.
